China Bears were formed in Somerset by twin brothers Ivan and Frazer (lead guitar) after meeting James (bass) and Dean (drums) at university in Guildford. Their music offers melodic alt-rock with acoustic subtlety, as showcased through EP releases like I've Never Met Anyone Like You, Statue Still and All That Distance.
Their debut album, Participation Trophy, set to launch on July 12, 2024, via Fierce Panda Records was recorded with Rod Jones from Idlewild in the autumnal sunshine of Leith. Tracks like 'I Will Break My Own Heart', 'Beck and Call' and 'Gracie' offer a diverse range of experiences. China Bears' performances are marked by emotional intensity and intimacy, whether they're tearing up the stage with their indie anthems or captivating audiences with hushed renditions. Drawing comparisons to The National, Death Cab For Cutie, and Frightened Rabbit, their music resonates deeply with listeners, creating a unique and memorable live experience.

With vocalist Lee Downer and drummer Luke Johnson joined by guitarist Jaxon Moore and bassist Steve Lucarelli, the nascent LOWLIVES was founded on a shared love of ‘90s alternative and grunge, and a shared desire to make music once more for little more than the love of doing so.

Clare Bowen and Brandon Robert Young, the duo behind the debut album, invoke themes painted by powerfully authentic lyrics and hypnotic harmonies. Bowen is renowned for her portrayal of Scarlett O’Connor in Nashville. Young's musical journey began in Enfield, CT, evolving to Nashville in 2000. His path intertwined with John Hiatt, touring as percussionist and vocalist before forming The John Hiatt Trio.

Jaws The Shark stands as the solo endeavour of Olly Bailey, a musician who moved from London to the Devon Countryside in Spring 2020 as a result of the UK's first national lockdown. Born from a blend of frustration and boredom, the concept of Jaws The Shark took shape. Bailey found the perfect canvas for creative ideas he had nurtured over the preceding years, allowing them the time and space to flourish.
The indie/alt-rock artist's latest release is the track 'California', taken from the upcoming debut album Wasteland. The fast-paced and swaggering track builds to a blistering chorus, which showcases Olly’s signature raw yet soaring vocals.

Building buzz as a young member of iconic Brixton collective 150, rapper M24 brought his saucy brand of drill to the U.K. mainstream in the late 2010s and early 2020s. His new album, Concrete Rose drops on April 19th.
Born in Brixton, Dorai Harrison started in 2016 as a rapper and songwriter. In 2019 he made a name for himself with songs like 'We Don't Dance' and 'Verbal' along with collaborating with artists such as Tion Wayne, Skengdo, AM and Unknown T. M24's sound is fully cemented into the U.K. rap scene with elements of afrobashment, trap and drill.

Kingfishr - Live At The 3Olympia Theatre

Irish indie folk trio Kingfishr have announced their first vinyl release. Live At The Olympia documents two of the band's headline shows which were part of their debut tour this year. The rising prospects recorded their recent sold-out Dublin shows and are set to be pressed on coloured vinyl.
The Limerick-based three-piece have quickly established themselves as one of the rising prospects in Irish music. The band have had significant support from major artists such as Dermot Kennedy and George Ezra along with festival spots at BST Hyde Park, Latitude, All Points East and Electric Picnic.
